Valoraciones jugadores Academy Sunderland. Feedback de los entrenadores
Valoraciones jugadores Academy Sunderland.
Alvaro is a positive young footballer that has the confidence to express himself on the ball. He is competent in 1 vs 1 situations but also understands when to release the ball. In the training sessions Alvaro’s work rate off the ball was impressive and he showed a good understanding on how to work not only in a unit but as a team.
Alvaro has shown his ability to receive the ball well under pressure and in also in tight areas and very rarely loses possession. If Alvaro continues to work hard as a Player and develop to his potential we feel he has a bright future in football.
Lucas is confident in his ability as a footballer. He showed a good level of technique, especially when dealing with pressure. Lucas showed some glimpses of creativity and shined when finding the pocket in between the lines of units. His levels of effort were high and he always showed good levels of concentration. It is difficult to communicate with others when it is your second language, but Lucas seemed to manage fine and get his information across when needed.
Physically; Lucas coped with the speed and movement within the sessions, he is capable of using his body well, but may need to work on some of the more explosive powerful movements if he wants to make it at the top level. I am sure if Lucas continues to develop, he will have the opportunity of a career in football.
Jorge is a clever player on and off the ball, his ability to know when to play one touch and when to hold on to the ball was excellent. His level of English was also excellent which allowed him to understand most sessions very well, his leadership skills were also something that impressed us.
Jorge is a confident footballer and it showed on a regular basis with the amount of times he attempted to take players on and most of the time succeeded, his decision making was also very good. Overall Jorge was a very impressive footballer as well as person.
Nacho is a talented and intelligent footballer. He showed a good level of technique, particularly when in the possession sessions. Nacho’s movement is very good, he finds the pockets of space well in between lines.
Physically; Nacho maybe lacks a burst of speed to get away from opposing players but he does use his body well to protect the ball when under pressure. Overall Nacho did very well considering the challenges of the language and the standard of the players.
